The double bedded main bedroom has air conditioning/heating and patio doors leading onto the terrace. It has an en suite bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are twin bedded.

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.

A second bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

The lounge dining area has air conditioning heating and ceiling fan. Tastefully furnished and including a TV and dvd player. The TV includes a full English and Sky package. Patio doors lead onto the terrace.

The fully fitted separate kitchen area is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

There is a separate utility area with washing machine, sink and drying/ironing area.

A secure underground parking space is included in the rent.

Freshly cleaned bed linen and bath, hand and tea towels are provided. Electricity and cleaning at the end of the rental period is included in the rent.

The terrace has a table and chairs and 4 reclining chairs.
