Rental charge includes electricity, linen, towels (not beach towels) and the cost of cleaning the apartment at the end of the rental period. Air conditioning is £50 per week.

A change of linen is available during lettings that exceed one week. This can be arranged locally with our Managing Agents who will advise on the cost and service provided.

Change over days:  

Flexible to take advantage of low cost flights.             

 

 

Long term lets

Are you having a house built in the area? Do you want to escape the cold English winter? Long winter lets available between October to March at special reduced rates. Prices and details available on request.

Terms and conditions

1. A deposit of 25% is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

2.  The balance of the rental payment to be made 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Full rent payable for bookings made within this 8 week  period.

3.  A security deposit of £100  is required with the final payment. This amount will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property on completion of the rental period. Payment for any breakages will be deducted from this deposit.

4.  The maximum occupancy is six persons per booking.

5.  No pets or smoking are allowed in the apartment. We would request that smokers use the balcony area.
